Experienced Breeders
I have always loved cats and had many feline friends throughout my life along with many other animals, both in the past and present.
My partner and I have a small hobby farm in the country in South Australia and have an assortment of animals but in my world my Russian blues are the highlight of my day.
I absolutely adore my cats and they are part of our family along with all our other animals. I believe in a natural breeding program so if it happens then its meant to be.
My Cattery has been established for almost there years and in this time we have had some beautiful kittens which have now moved onto their forever families. I do not believe in over breeding my cats and only have a small number of kittens each year.
I started my Cattery in October 2020 when Narla and Simba had their first litter of kittens and I have never looked back.

Happy, Healthy Cats & Kittens
Here at Russian Bluez Cattery we treat our cats with the upmost respect and care, they are not just our pets but a part of our family.
All our cats and kittens are vet checked regularly, vaccinated and microchipped.
We have a newly built Cattery enclosure which is very much like a palace but they still get to come inside with us and enjoy our company, get spoilt and sleep on our beds, on our laps and pretty much live the best life.
When purchasing a kitten from us you can be certain it has come from a loving and caring home with plenty or interaction with our whole family.
About Russian Blue's
Russian Blue cats are extremely intelligent and very loving in a warm happy environment.
They love being involved in whatever you are doing and are always following you around to see where they can help, once they are satisfied they will find a warm cosy spot where they can possibly sleep all day.
They can be shy at times especially around new people but they are playful and loving once they feel comfortable.
They love toys and stimulation and always want to be involved.
While they are happy living with families and even other pets, Russian Blue cats tend to form a deep connection with one person and become incredibly loyal and more loving to that person in particular.
Russian blues will definitely not disappoint you they will become your warm furry friend in no time, of course sometimes being a cat it is on there terms when and where but they will always put a smile on your face.
Benefits of Russian Blues
- Low allergen, they have lower levels of FEL D 1, this is the protein in cat's saliva and skin secretions responsible for your itching and wheezing.
They are not 100% hypoallergenic but can be tolerated by people with mild to moderate allergies.
- Russian blues are known for there bright green eyes but some do have the vibrant orange /green eyes and there colouring is a beautiful blue grey with a touch of soft grey with almost silver like paws.
- Perfect for first time pet parents and great with children.
- Life expectancy of 10-20 years so be prepared for the long haul.
- Very few health issues, with little to no genetic problems and not prone to illness.
- Russian blues are great mouse catchers as well.
